Lindsay Kincaid
Lindsay Kincaid is an education innovator, passionate about bridging the gap between access and opportunity for underserved learners around the world.
As Chief Program Officer at Team4Tech, a nonprofit impact accelerator, Lindsay leads a global team of program directors and regional hub coordinators to build engaged communities, catalyze big ideas, and create sustainable change in education. Previously, Lindsay worked in Silicon Valley for the CK-12 Foundation where she developed scalable teacher training programs and reinvented access to high-quality open and inclusive instructional materials.
Lindsay is an adjunct faculty member of the Johns Hopkins University Graduate School of Education, supporting master-level teachers from TFA and TNTP as they complete their capstone portfolios. She is also part of the Fulbright Specialist Program, collaborating with international universities and organizations to solve global challenges.
Lindsay’s ten years of teaching English, video production, film studies, and spoken word poetry in a public high school classroom in Kansas—combined with her persistent independent work, study, and travel across six continents—were pivotal in her journey as a learner, educator, and global citizen.
Lindsay holds an MSEd in Curriculum and Instruction and a BSEd in Middle/Secondary Language Arts Education, both from the University of Kansas.
